I had a moment to stop and say hi I know it has been a while. I know several of you have been wondering what has been going on the only word to describe the last few months would be change. In fact at times the change has taken me to the edge of what I felt I could handle and left me wordless to describe what I was feeling and what was going on.  I am starting to find my words again so hopefully I will in turn find the time to start writing.  I want to leave you with a little song that plays in my head often.
